Roshi walked over to the window noticing the sun was just disappearing beyond the horizon.
"Yes well done... just about anyway... Okay good well done."

Mearo walked back outside and noticed the beautiful sun disappearing in the sky and the a bit of the moon coming out of the cloud. Mearo then stayed at the house overnight.

The next day Mearo woke up as the sun shined out, Mearo walked down the wooden, brown stairs and then sat down on a couch

Roshi entered the room.
"So you're awake?"
Roshi then walked outside again.
"Come on."

Mearo saw Roshi
"Yep I'm awake"
As he follows Roshi out

"Now then young one... I will now introduce you into... weight training."
Roshi picked up a turtle shell almost with ease... unknowing to Mearo this shell was over 200 lbs.
He threw it at Mearo.
"Catch"

Mearo saw the huge shell as it began gliding in the air to Mearo.
The huge shell came to Mearo and the kid caught it by sliding onto the ground and grabbing it.
Mearo then said "What now?" As the kid struggled to hold it.

"I want you to train for a short while, with that strapped to your back, its heavy so it'll restrict you but it'll be good for you".

Roshi then walked back inside.

Mearo with the turtle weight in his hand began to strap it on his back.
From the wait Mearo fell to his knees then said "I can do it. " Quietly Mearo walked back inside with Master Roshi.
